Cook, learn and share together. 

Tuesday 21 April 2026 | 10.00am – 12.00pm | Community Centre, 99 Loftus Street, Leederville | Free 

The nom! Families workshop is a fun, hands-on session for parents, grandparents and carers with children under five. Led by qualified nutritionists from Foodbank WA, the workshop combines simple cooking activities with practical tips to help build healthy habits early.  

🥦 Cook quick, affordable and healthy recipes together. 

🌶️ Learn how to read food labels and plan meals. 

🍊 Pick up tips for shopping and eating well on a budget. 

🥝 Enjoy a relaxed, inclusive environment designed for young families. 

Registrations are essential. Open to City of Vincent residents only. One adult may attend with up to two children under five. 

Photographs and videos may be taken of the event. Please book one ticket for each person attending.
