Nom! Free Student Cooking & Nutrition Sessions
Want to learn how to eat well, save money and build confidence in the kitchen? Join the Nom! Sessions, a fun and interactive program for Curtin students delivered in partnership by the Curtin Student Guild and Foodbank WA.
These hands-on sessions combine practical nutrition education with simple, budget-friendly cooking activities to help you develop skills that support healthy eating while studying.
Each session includes:
๐ 30-45 minutes of discussion on a nutrition and food budgeting topic
๐ฉโ๐ณ 45-60 minutes of hands-on cooking using recipes from Superhero Foods HQ
๐ฝ๏ธ 30 minutes to enjoy the meal together and connect with other Curtin students
Whether you're looking to stretch your grocery budget, reduce food waste, improve your cooking skills or learn more about healthy eating, these sessions will provide practical tips you can use every day.
