The 51st Annual Apple Pie Crafts Fair

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR Non-Profits ONLY. *Priority will be given to non-profits in the Newport area, or that serve the Newport community.

**PLEASE NOTE: The application for Non-profit VENDORS is different this year, and we are taking applications BEFORE we take payments for registration.

If your application is accepted, the fee for Non-Profit Registration will be $60.

The 51st Annual Apple Pie Crafts Fair will be held, rain or shine, Saturday, August 23, from 9am – 3 pm on the Newport Town Common. The Apple Pie Crafts Fair is an annual event sponsored by the Library Arts Center. Booth fees help to raise much-needed funds for exhibits, classes, and programs.

The Apple Pie Crafts Fair attracts 5000+ people to Newport from a range of surrounding communities.

This iconic Fair features an apple pie contest & sale, live music throughout the day, and food vendors. It is open to both amateur and professional artists and craftspeople.

Space fees are non-refundable after August 1st.

No vendor is accepted for booth space until payment is received in full.

No booths will be booked on the morning of the fair.

You will be assigned a specific booth space. A map of booth locations will be posted at the bandstand on the common the evening before the fair, and also on our website www.libraryartscenter.org. All vendors MUST move their vehicles from around the common after unloading in order to make room for customers to park.
