Nonduality inquiry group

Fortnightly, Drop in, no experience necessary.

A casual, low-key gathering to explore something simple and direct: noticing what's actually here in your own awareness, right now.

No teaching, no hierarchy, no belief system required — just a few simple exercises to help you recognise nondual awareness in your everyday experience, and the chance to share and workshop what came up, what was challenging, and what surprised you.

Come once, come regularly — whatever suits. All that's needed is curiosity in your own experience.
