A 2-day NVC Foundation Training to support you to navigate life’s obstacles and challenges with ease. Using process developed by the founder of NVC Dr Marshall Rosenberg, explore ways to understand yourself and others, develop empathy skills, learn to communicate effectively, de-escalate conflicts, increase your vocabulary of feelings and needs, and deeply connect with yourself and others, growing trust in your ability to express yourself fully, and live an authentic life moved by joy instead of fear.
