NOOBA Prize 2026

The Northcote Organisation of Bizarre Art (NOOBA) is hosting it's first exhibition and competition for $2,000!

This is a free event that puts a spotlight on the types of works that don’t fit neatly into a category - unless the category is bizarre.

This competition is all about supporting and showcasing unusual, weird, emerging and playful art to the general public, and we’re confident that the bizarre can lead to new schools of painting … just like the early Cubist paintings.

The best part is that the winner of this competition is chosen by you, the general public. Come take a look at all the weird and wonderful stuff our artists can come up with and chose your favourite.
