Join Toby & Taylah for a weekly 60-minute Tuesday evening practice at Noosa Flow — a space to down-regulate, reconnect and tend to your nervous system.

Each session is a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga and conscious breathwork, woven together with complementary modalities such as yin, somatic movement, sound, gentle ball release and intuitive exploration.

This is not about pushing or performing it’s about listening, softening and meeting yourself where you are. Expect slow, nourishing movement, grounding breath, and moments of stillness that invite rest, release and integration.

Connective State offers a holistic approach to self-care, supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. Come as you are, leave feeling more regulated, spacious and connected.

Suitable for all levels.
A calm, steady practice designed to support your whole system.
