Join us at the Noosa Art Gallery to learn and experience breathwork and mindfulness practices to help you slow down the mind and connect deeper with yourself.
This is a gentle, yet informative and educational session for everyone, where you will not just experience the power of your own breath, you will learn tools and techniques you can take home to:
- Increase your energy, focus and concentration
- Release stress & anxiety
- Slow down the mind and become more present
- Improve relationships
- Manage overwhelming situations more effectively
- Increase the overall quality of your life
Breathwork has become very popular in recent years, however there’s very little knowledge about how it works and the risks involved. This session will not only provide you with a profound experience, it will also educate you on how to do it safely and how to develop your own practice.
Spaces are very limited for an intimate and personalised experience. Join us on the last Wednesday of the month from 7-9PM at the beautiful setting of the Noosa Art Gallery.
