Description

Join us in our second year for a joyous and enriching day of yoga in a peaceful, country setting. A talented and diverse group of teachers will be offering classes suited to everyone - yin, kundalini, vinyasa, hatha, meditation, sound healing and more!

The day and schedule is intentionally crafted to be spacious, relaxing and full of connection.

Ticket prices include:

Full access to each class
A thoughtfully curated vegetarian lunch from Norsewood Cafe
A complementary hot drink of choice (pre-ordered with ticket purchase)
Unlimited Herbals teas/ black tea and coffee throughout the day
Optional massage add-on (purchased separately)

This day of yoga is appropriate for all yogis age 13 and above.
