We’re rolling in to North Shore Hospital with two full days of authentic, wood-fired sauna goodness—and it’s absolutely FREE for the entire hospital team.
Yes, you read that right: free sauna sessions, just for you.

Wednesday 8th October – 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Thursday 9th October – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
📍 Where
Next to the North Shore Hospital Gym, in the Squash Club car park (21 Shea Terrace).
You can’t miss it!
🧖 What’s included?
45-minute sessions (up to 14 people at a time)
Enough time for two full sauna rounds—or one shorter round (15–20 mins) if you’re on a quick break
Space to unwind, recharge, and reset in a traditional wood-fired sauna
👜 What to bring
Swimwear or light athletic wear
Two towels (one to sit on, one to dry off)
A water bottle
We will have a shower to rinse off and place to keep your stuff no matter the weather ... Rain, hail or shine the fires will be cranked ( sauna in the rain is special)
