Location: Johnson Hall, Level Two
Meet your local community services available in Northern Sydney.
Representatives from education, youth service, counselling, advocacy, health and social support will be available to chat about their services and how to access them.
Peer Talks
1030am - 1pm
Location: Fuller Hall, Level Three
Listen to peers share their journeys and lived experiences; raising awareness about barriers and opportunities that people with disability face as we work towards achieving full inclusion of people with disability in all aspects of civil society.
Topics include: advocacy, transport, employment, further / tertiary education, art, housing, community, supports beyond the NDIS, leading my life, faith and belonging at church and transport.
10.30am - Session 1: Self-Directed Independence
This empowering session celebrates the strength and capabilities of people as they explore pathways to lead their lives.

Panel Discussion: Social Barriers and Opportunities
1.30 - 2.30pm
Location: Fuller Hall, Level Three
Experience first-hand the diverse perspectives on barriers and opportunities in accessing supports and services, and how we work together to build a community that is supportive and inclusive for ALL. Join people with disability and community workers to explore themes of inclusion and cultural diversity.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Transport
A shuttle bus service will operate between St Leonards Station and the Crows Nest Centre for the duration event. The pick up location at St Leonards Station is Seargants Lane. Departure from St Leonards will be every half an hour from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
