Aim in Mind is opening the doors to a new kind of gathering for our area. No stage, no pitch, no pressure to perform. Just a room full of people who lead, build and grow their own thing, coming together over good food and real conversation. Honest conversation changes the shape of a week, doesn't it?

We believe connection is not something you find once you have already made it. It is the thing that helps you get there. So, we are creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, meet people who understand the particular weight of running something you care about, and leave with a few more people in your corner than you walked in with. Some of them you will find yourself having coffee with a month from now.

The gathering:

This is casual by design. Order whatever you like from the menu, pull up a chair and start chatting. There is no formal agenda and no forced icebreakers. We will say a short welcome early on, grab a group photo and then the room is yours! Stay for one course or stay for three. Move around, sit still, follow whatever conversation finds you.

On the day:

Arrive at the start of the window below to maximise this opportunity. Introduce yourself to whoever is nearby, they are here for the same reason you are. If you would like to stay connected afterward, bring along however you prefer to keep in touch. LinkedIn works well for most of us in this room.

Getting there:

55 North Bar by Cibaria, Manly.

Reachable by ferry from Circular Quay, by bus from across the Northern Beaches, or by car with parking nearby. Wherever you are coming from, Manly is an easy trip and a good excuse for a walk along the water before or after.

New to us?

Come as you are, bring a friend or come alone if that is how it works best for you. Most people do the first time. You will not be the only one standing at the edge of a conversation wondering how to join in. Everyone in that room has been exactly where you are.

Aim in Mind exists to help leaders build cultures of trust, clear communication and genuine connection, so their teams work well together and their businesses thrive because of it. This gathering is an extension of that belief, that the people around you shape what you are capable of, and that community is not a nice to have. It is the ground everything else stands on.

Meet your host:

I am Hannah, founder of Aim in Mind. I started this gathering because I know what it feels like to lead something and still feel like you are doing it alone. I wanted a room where that does not have to be true. I will be there and I would love to meet you.
