Diving deep within, we will explore the power of Ceremonial grade Cacao. Cacao is a powerful medicine that allows for heart connection, self-exploration, expansion, and growth, this cacao elixir will be offered on the day.

SPIRIT BREATHWORK

Spirit Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. This breathing technique is a tool for major transformation and healing. Spirit Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension.Let's find out how it can benefit your mind, body, and spirit.

SOUND HEALING

I create different environments by looping and layering sound. A variety of ancient world Instruments are used like Native American Flutes, Didgeridoos, Nepalese singing bowls, Rav drum, guitar, nature sounds, and also a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments. Be guided into a deep body relaxing meditation. As you drop into your body and breath, enjoy being bathed by a selection of sacred sounds taking you on a journey deep into oneself. Embrace and gently let go of what no longer serves you. This will allow us a direct pathway to visit our inner child, reconnect, love and rebirth a new version of ourselves back into this beautiful world
