Providers will have an opportunity to hear from sector experts in understanding the transition implementation - regulation, legal, financial aspects of the reforms and how it applies to home care including CHSP providers.

• Legal aspects of transition preparation: What's different under the New Act: legal insights into governance, systems, policies and procedures, including service agreements,  whistleblower and complaints requirements, and importantly the older person's perspective.
• Financial viability: for HCP transitioning to Support at Home and CHSP future focussed transition preparation. Learn about the importance of understanding costs, the concept of utilisation and how this translates to a new individualised funding model.
  
• Bringing all the information together, and translating that to action, in a strategic and prioritised way. At the same time, continuing to deliver high quality, person centered care services.
