Northwest Regional Conference 2026 - Unless the Lord (Psalm 127:1-2)
Description
In a relational movement like the Vineyard, time together in person is vital. We long for partnership, encouragement, and shared mission as we join together in the wonderful work of God's Kingdom. Our hope is that every church in the Northwest Region will be represented at this year's conference, and that everyone who attends will leave more deeply connected, encouraged, refreshed, and empowered.
The conference will be hosted at Vineyard Boise October 6–8. General registration is $95, with a discounted rate of $65 for worship leaders and church planters (both current and emerging). Why the emphasis on worship leaders and church planting? Because these are two areas that we consistently sense God highlighting in this season. We want to invest in them intentionally and help make it possible for people to attend who might not otherwise be able to come.
To help make the conference both accessible and affordable, registration will include dinner on Tuesday, as well as breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Beyond lowering costs, shared meals create valuable opportunities for connection. We'll intentionally create space for conversation, friendship, and encouragement around the table—and we'll make sure you're well fed.
Our general sessions will include Vineyard worship, devotional moments, keynote messages from our speaking team, and, of course, ministry time. Come, Holy Spirit. Each afternoon will include one workshop session from 1:30–3:00pm, with three different workshop tracks to choose from that progress over the course of the two afternoons. We’ve spent a lot of time praying, listening, and talking together about what our region needs in this season, and we’re excited about these workshops. After the workshop, you’ll have the rest of the afternoon free until the evening session.
Pastors, we hope you'll make every effort to attend—and to bring current and emerging leaders with you.
Many thanks to Convoy of Hope for supporting our conference!

FAQs
- Who can come to this conference - is it for pastors and church leaders, or can anyone attend?
The conference is open for anyone, but will have an emphasis on leadership. In addition to Lead Pastors and spouses, we would encourage both current and emerging leaders of every local church to attend.
- Can I bring my kids or teens?
Children and youth are welcome to attend the conference with their parents! Due to the time of year the conference is happening, there won't be any programming offered for children or youth. Nursery care may be available during the general sessions - please email Andrea.Estes@VineyardBoise.org for more information.
There is no charge for children 10 and under, but please register each child so we can include them in the food count.
- What about Wednesday and Thursday dinner meals?
You'll be on your own for Wednesday and Thursday dinner, giving you the opportunity to explore some of Boise's great local restaurants—we'll even provide recommendations!
- Are there nearby hotels I can get a discounted rate for?
Yes! We have secured a discounted rate at Hyatt Place Boise Towne Square, which is about 15 minutes' drive from Vineyard Boise. Follow these steps to book your discounted room:

- I have an RV and live within driving distance. Are there options onsite or nearby for me?
Yes! If you would like to bring an RV, we'd be happy to explore accommodations with you. Please email Andrea.Estes@VineyardBoise.org to start that conversation.
- I prefer to pay by check or at the door instead of online. Is that possible?
Please email us at hello@vineyardnorthwestregion.org to work out registration and payment arrangements.
