Meet Sara Butchart. She has worked in advertising, public relations, digital and content agencies for decades, leading some of the largest agencies in South Africa, and now working as the General Manager for the prestigious Rowland here in Brisbane, this incredible people focused leader ooozes experience and has a portfolio of innovative and ground breaking marketing strategies that are going to have our jaws hitting the floor.

Next we will hear from Clare Spelta. Designer and director of the incredible nifty accessories label, Bon Maxie. Starting the business with custom portraits and handmade earring holders in 2015, Clare, now with her remote team dotted throughout the country, has grown the brand to one with a cult following of 'Bonnies' with over 60,000 earring collections now organised by a Bon Maxie earring holder alone! When she's not designing products and marketing her business, Clare, with husband and co-director, Joe, care for their son, Max, who has complex additional needs. This woman has not only created an incredible ecommerce business, but has completely taken the accessories world by storm and positioned herself as an industry leader in her own right.

Lastly but in way least, is Aimee Hill. Aimee is an online course strategist and digital marketing nerd. She opened the doors to Japanese in 12, an online 12-week course for learning Japanese at the start of 2021, which quickly exploded into over 1,000 students around the world and cracked 7 figures in just under 12 months. Through her fast business growth, she's been recognised as one of Instagram's 25 under 25 and featured in over 15 different publications. Aimee has just launched a second business with a new partner called The Course Mentors and her flawless marketing strategy is once again seeing her rock the service based industry.

There will be no vague or unrealistic advice here. These three women along with our host Jessica Ndenda from Olive Louise Social will break through all the marketing noise when it comes to strategies to scale your business in 2022.
