The World is changing so what can we do about it?

After a tumultuous 2020 governments and companies are pledging change. The world around us is constantly changing.

Long standing inequities the detrimental impact humans are making to the planet has been brought to the fore.

The pandemic has caused grief, loss and caused mental and physical burn-out. It has elevated the role integrated and complementary technology can play in helping drive positive behaviours. But that has also come at a cost of potentially leaving some people behind in terms of their knowledge and ability to fully understand and embrace technology, especially in the workplace.

Home schooling and the pandemic has especially hit women and kids hard, with some women many of them with young children, now considering leaving the workforce.

Younger generations are taking control in driving the equity and sustainability agenda which in some sectors is further raising the threat of people with traditional skills being left further behind impacting their ability to achieve happiness and fulfillment (justice- is it a pipe-dream?)

The challenges are many and for them to be addressed people and businesses need to come together and work on solving them together. Never before have the Symphony 7 phrases and objectives being more critical to our survival and progression - together we are better and using profit as a force for good.
