Morning session: sensory drawing with Craig
In this 2-hour workshop, explore drawing as a simple practice of sensing and relating thatโs relaxing and enjoyable, and that bypasses critical and evaluative thinking :) Connect with the beautiful eucalypts surrounding NECCHi Newlands through drawing in the company ofย othersย in a supportive, inclusive and creative space.
Afternoon session: printmaking with Sheenaย
Printmaking comes in many guises.ย It is a great technique to free up, experiment and have fun.
Presented by skilled printmaker and facilitator Sheena Mathieson, you will be introduced to a mystery print technique and will create vibrant prints, using natural flora, combined with quality media.
Sheena is passionate in her belief that we are all creative individuals with different strengths, all capable of making beautiful and meaningful art given the right opportunities.ย She facilitates fun activities where participants are encouraged to create, share, learn new techniques and explore possibilities.ย
