Travel instructions

The event is being held at the Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments, located on the corner of Waterloo Quadrant and Princes Street in Auckland CBD. By car: There is a Wilson Parking car park located directly beneath the Pullman Hotel, with vehicle access from Waterloo Quadrant. Guests can also use the hotel's valet parking service (subject to availability), or nearby public parking buildings and on-street parking where available. By public transport: The venue is approximately a 10-minute walk from Britomart Transport Centre, Auckland's main train, ferry and bus hub. Several Auckland Transport bus services also stop nearby, including at the Auckland High Court bus stop on Waterloo Quadrant, just a short walk from the hotel.

Entry instructions

Guests can enter the Pullman Auckland via either the Waterloo Quadrant entrance or the Princes Street entrance. For the most direct access to the event, the Princes Street entrance offers step-free access and leads into the hotel on the same level as the Princes Ballroom. From this entrance, follow the main corridor to the event registration area, where our team will welcome and assist you. If entering via Waterloo Quadrant, there is a covered drop-off area with step-free access into the hotel lobby. From reception, follow the signage to the Princes Ballroom on the lobby level, where event staff will be available to direct you. The venue is wheelchair accessible, with lifts, accessible bathrooms, and step-free access throughout the event spaces.

After entry instructions

Enter the Pullman via either the Waterloo Quadrant or Princes Street entrance. Follow the signs to the Princes Ballroom, where our registration desk will be located. Our team will welcome you, check you in, and direct you to your seat. Staff will be available throughout the venue to assist with directions or accessibility requirements.

Toilet location

Accessible toilets are located within the Pullman Auckland Hotel on the same level as the Princes Ballroom. They are clearly signposted and are accessible via step-free pathways. If you need assistance locating the facilities, please ask a member of our event team, who will be happy to help.

Accessible parking

Accessible parking is available in the Wilson car park located directly beneath the Pullman Auckland Hotel. Vehicle access is via Waterloo Quadrant, with the entrance located on the right-hand side of the hotel. The car park provides lift access directly into the hotel, offering step-free access to the event spaces. There is also a covered drop-off area at the main Waterloo Quadrant entrance for guests who require close access to the venue.
