- I have a medical condition. Can I attend?
This event includes practices that may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. For your safety, our events are not recommended for anyone with a history of:
epilepsy or seizures
significant cardiovascular conditions (including angina, heart attack, high blood pressure, aneurysm)
brain, respiratory conditions or serious nervous system conditions (including emphysema)
glaucoma or retinal detachment
chronic osteoporosis
recent injury, surgery or serious illness
If you have any medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before purchasing a ticket. Your wellbeing is our priority, and we want to ensure the space is supportive and safe for you.
- Will food be available?
A limited selection of light snacks will be available throughout the day, along with mineral water and a range of herbal teas.
Lunch is not included with General Admission tickets. While there is a café within the hotel and plenty of nearby food options, we recommend bringing your own nourishing lunch so you can enjoy something that leaves you feeling well-fuelled and supported for the afternoon.
There will be 45 minutes for lunch and 15 minutes for afternoon tea.
Bringing your own:
• Packed lunch - Include a good source of protein to keep your energy stable
• Opt for foods that won’t leave you feeling heavy or sleepy
• Bring something you can eat comfortably and cleanly without reheating, as kitchen facilities are not available
VIP guests: will enjoy a beautiful grazing table and refreshments during the lunch break, along with an exclusive book signing with Dr Libby. - Can I attend if I am pregnant?
If you are currently pregnant, or recovering from a recent C-section or surgery, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before attending. Some of the practices offered throughout the day - including breathwork - may not be suitable for all stages of pregnancy or postpartum recovery. Breathwork in particular can be quite activating for the nervous system, and during pregnancy you must remain in a non-activated, regenerative state, which requires a very specific breathing pattern. Because of this, we may need to discuss your individual circumstances prior to the event to ensure it is safe and supportive for you.
For those who would benefit from a more tailored approach, we suggest connecting with a qualified breathwork practitioner who can offer personalised guidance (we can recommend these if needed).
- Do I need experience? What if I’m not “spiritual”?
You do not need any prior experience, and you certainly don’t need to identify as “spiritual.”
This day is grounded in accessible, evidence-informed practices that support nervous system regulation, mental clarity and holistic wellbeing. Modalities like breathwork have well-established physiological benefits, and everything is guided step-by-step.You’re welcome exactly as you are - curious, sceptical, open, unsure, experienced, or anywhere in between. Every practice is invitational, and you’ll be supported to participate in the way that feels right for you.
- What if I have physical limitations or injuries?
This is not a physically demanding day.
Most of the day is spent seated comfortably in a chair while enjoying the talks, workshops and guided experiences. Towards the end of the day, the breathwork and sound healing sessions are experienced lying down on a yoga mat/sheepskin.
You're always encouraged to participate at a pace that feels right for you. You are welcome to adjust your position, take breaks, or simply observe any activity if needed.
If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about participating, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider beforehand. If you're unsure whether the event is suitable for your circumstances, please get in touch before booking- we're happy to answer any questions and help you decide if it's the right fit for you.
- Is there an age limit?
Yes. Due to the depth of the practices offered - including breathwork, emotional release work and extended periods of reflection - this event is recommended for ages 16 and over.
Women aged 16+ are welcome to attend, provided they feel emotionally ready for the content. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian.
For safety reasons, the immersion is not suitable for participants under 16.
There is no maximum age limit! If you feel well supported in your body and comfortable participating in breathwork and seated practices, you are warmly welcome.
- Is this suitable if I’m introverted / shy / not a “group person”?
Absolutely, many introverted women find the environment very safe and supportive. The day is spacious, fun and insightful.
- What happens afterwards?
Your experience doesn’t end when you walk out of the room.
Reclamation is not defined by a single moment of breakthrough, but by how you live what you discovered - in your choices, your responses, your relationships, and the way you meet your everyday life. The real transformation is revealed in how you return to your world.
Integration is the bridge: the sacred art of taking what softened, opened or shifted within you and anchoring it into your reality. Without it, even profound insights can fade. With it, they become embodied evolution.
Our Day Immersion is designed with this in mind. After the event, over the following four weeks you will be emailed a series of integration tools and resources to support:
emotional processing
nervous system regulation
clarity and reflection
gentle daily practices
the steady embodiment of what you uncovered
These resources are intended to help you carry the experience into your life in a grounded, sustainable way - so the day becomes not an isolated moment, but a meaningful turning point.
VIP guests will also receive exclusive access to a post-event Breathwork & Integration call with Jacqui, Heliena, and Chelsea. This powerful experience is designed to help you continue integrating the shifts, insights and transformation from the day, while receiving further support, guidance and nervous system regulation tools.
- What if I need to leave early / arrive late?
Because the day is designed as a cohesive journey, we encourage all guests to arrive on time and stay for the full experience.
Late arrivals or early departures can be disruptive during certain modalities (especially the breathwork and sound journey). If you anticipate needing to leave early, please let us know in advance and we can accommodate your departure during the afternoon break.
- Can I participate if I’m on my period?
Absolutely. All practices are invitational, and you are welcome to participate. Honour your bodies needs - rest when needed, nourish and hydrate your body well. Many women find the immersion deeply supportive during their cycle.
- Can I take photos or record?
No flash photography or recording is allowed during sessions, to protect the privacy and safety of all guests. There will be designated times for photos if you wish.
