🥟 Dumpling Delight - Foundation level

What you’ll learn:
Learn to make dumplings and ramen, getting creative with healthy, flavour-packed fillings. A fun, hands-on, and surprisingly healthy session. Foundation level only.

Who it’s for:
Foundation Session – For complete beginners or those with very little cooking experience.

Maximum 4 people, so the instructor can give extra support.
Includes adapted tools to make prep easier.
Children welcome with an adult.

What every session includes:
👩‍🍳 Hands-on, fun sessions designed to build skills, confidence, and connection through food.
🥗 Make 2–3 dishes (a hot meal, a cold dish, and a side), and take everything home!
🌱 We offer two levels of workshops to make them more accessible for everyone, from complete beginners to confident cooks.
🔍 Explore different cooking methods adapted to your needs such as energy-saving, time-saving, bulk cooking, and smart storage tips.
🕒 Sessions may finish between 7:30–8:00pm depending on pace. We’ll also use this time to reflect on adaptations, share ideas, and connect with others.
