Join us for an evening of rejuvenation, connection, and holistic healing at the Nourish and Connect Wombmens BRC Event. This special gathering is designed to create a safe and nurturing space for wombmen to come together, share, and heal through various enriching activities.

Event Highlights:

Opening Ceremony (6:30 PM - 7:00 PM): The event will commence with a warm and welcoming opening ceremony led by Mahal, setting the tone for an evening of deep connection and self-care.
Yoga Session (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Tiffany will guide us through a one-hour yoga session, helping participants ground, center, and align their energies through mindful movement and breathwork.
Cacao Ceremony (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Kayla will lead a heart-opening cacao ceremony, fostering a sense of community and emotional openness as we share in the sacred tradition of cacao.
Sound Healing Session (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM): December’s will conduct a soothing sound session, utilizing therapeutic sounds to promote relaxation, release stress, and restore balance.
Closing Ceremony (10:00 PM - 10:30 PM): The evening will conclude with Mahal guiding a reflective and grounding closing ceremony, allowing participants to integrate their experiences and leave feeling nourished and connected.

This event is open to all wombmen seeking a space to connect, heal, and grow. Whether you are new to these practices or have been on a wellness journey for some time, you will find value and community here.
