Total cost: $1,100
A $200 deposit is collected on registration. Once registered, you will be sent an invoice for the balance due no later than 14 days prior.

About your facilitators
Anita Rickey is a Food Coach, plant based nutritionist, cafe owner and plant based chef. Anita is qualified in Lifestyle Medicine and facilitates on line coaching sessions with clients around Australia.  Anita runs cooking classes and information sessions for various community groups and out of her cafe. Anita specialises in making healthy food taste delicious without spending hours in the kitchen. People have busy lives and most people want to eat healthy but want it to fit into their time schedule. Anita makes it accessible for anyone to be a plant based chef and live their healthiest life. Dr Malcolm Mackay is a GP and lifestyle medicine practitioner with a special interest in helping people to get well with whole food, plant-based nutrition, and other lifestyle changes. Malcolm is a Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and a fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and has a Graduate Diploma in Human Nutrition. After 40 years in general clinical practice, he is now focusing solely on using lifestyle medicine for the prevention, treatment and reversal of chronic disease. Malcolm provides telehealth video consultations to patients throughout Australia (see drmalcolmmackay.com.au). Malcolm is a member of the Advisory Council of the health charity Doctors For Nutrition. Malcolm and his partner, Jenny, provide nutrition and lifestyle education through their websites, social media, webinars, community talks, and 7-day immersion retreats in Victoria. Jenny Cameron is a nutritionist, wellness coach and research librarian. Jenny runs seminars, webinars, retreats and immersion programs focussing on plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine and provides nutrition consultations and coaching for clients looking to improve their health through optimising their diet and making other healthy lifestyle changes. Jenny has a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition, a Plant Based Nutrition Certificate (eCornell University), a level 2 Certificate in Wellness Coaching and is a Certified WellStart Health Coach. Jenny is a member of the Advisory Council of the health charity Doctors For Nutrition. Prior to her nutrition career, Jenny worked as a librarian in the university sector for more than 20 years.
Betty Chetcuti is a psychologist and Author of the amazing book, "My Vegan Cookbook."Â As a mum of three Betty loves cooking and believes in increasing and inspiring good health with plant based recipes to satisfy, nourish, heal and nurture. As a psychologist, Betty uses key principals to help take small steps and provide easy access to information and these small and simple changes can increase physiological and psychological health.

FAQs
Can we get a discount if we have our own accommodation?
We pay a daily fee for the whole venue, so there’s no reduction in our costs if you stay/live elsewhere. We can only offer a token discount if you don’t use the accommodation at Whitehall. We strongly encourage everyone to stay overnight with us as we think this will lead to a better experience!
Terms and conditions
The $200 deposit is not refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
After you register, Jenny Cameron will send additional information and a form to fill out, which asks for special dietary requirements, accessibility needs and other relevant information. You will also be sent an invoice for the balance owed ($900), due by Friday 4th October.
