Join us for a rejuvenating retreat designed to give you a much needed and well-deserved break. Embrace the beauty of nature and allow your nervous system to unwind in a tranquil setting.

Over two nights and three days, we will create space for the most expansive and aligned versions of ourselves. We have taken the mental load off you completely, so you can relax and let go. Expect daily yoga and mindful movement, wellness workshops, women's sharing circles, and therapeutic arts. Nourishing gourmet food prepared with local produce by our personal chef will be served for all meals and snacks. All you need to do is show up. We will take care of the rest.

May these offerings remind you that rest and space is the ingredient that guides you back home to yourself.
