Nuala McBride (Clinical Nutritionist & Founder of The Nutritious Way - practicing online and from Akasha Health in Manly)

After Nuala’s own journey in getting diagnosed with celiac disease, Nuala specialises her nutrition practice in gut health. She helps women take control of their gut health, support their cycles, and restore energy with a science-backed, food-first approach.

In the clinic and in workshops, Nuala is known for her warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach — making the science of nutrition feel totally doable.
