Nourish Beyond the Plate™

Special Guest Speaker - Fe Rye - Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner

Join us at 7:00pm for an evening of connection, conversation and a deeper look at what it truly means to NOURISH your body - On The Plate & Beyond™.

We spend so much time being told what we should eat, what we shouldn't eat, what we need to cut out and what we need to change about our bodies.

But what if feeling better wasn't about another diet, restriction or quick fix?

What if it started with understanding what your body actually needs to feel supported?

Together with special guest Fe Rye, Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner, we'll explore nourishment beyond simply what's on our plate, looking at the role nutrition, lifestyle and everyday choices can play in supporting our energy, wellbeing and the way our bodies function.

We'll strip away some of the noise, simplify the science and talk about realistic ways we can bridge the nutritional gap and better nourish ourselves in modern life.

What to Expect 🌿

Connect with a beautiful community of women
Discover simple, realistic ways to support your everyday wellbeing
Learn more about nourishment at a cellular level
Explore why our modern diets may not always provide everything we need
Slow down and enjoy a beautiful cacao blend
Enjoy light refreshments, conversation and connection

Because nourishment doesn't stop with what's on your plate.

It is also how you care for your mind.
How you support your body.
How you respond to stress.
How you speak to yourself.
And the choices you make to nourish the whole of you.

✨ And there's a little extra reason to celebrate...

You'll be joining us for The Nourish Code™'s first official in-person event, with a beautiful door prize that one lucky guest will be taking home.

Come exactly as you are.

Leave with greater understanding, simple tools you can take into everyday life, new connections — and perhaps a little more peace in the body you call home.

Let's gather, nourish, grow and rise together. 🌿🤍

Take this opportunity to stay in Mandurah for the night - let the Atrium Hotel know you are attending our event for your special overnight stay pricing!
Or come down early and enjoy a meal in the dining area.

Big Love

Melissa and Jessie-Lee
