We are so excited to launch this new workshop to leave you in complete bliss!

A combination of gentle and nourishing modailities to release tension and stress from your body. Balancing the mind body heart and soul......

As you embark on our sacred journey to surrendar and receive, you will enjoy an indian massage combined with the profound energies of reiki and the art of touch. With every gentle stroke upon the scalp, Kristy and Angalie feel direct divine life force energy and healing through our hands.... resonating with the spiritual essence of the recipient. The rythmic movements and soothing pressure harmonize the energy centres, fostering a deep sense of inner peace and balance.

Our intention is to leave you not only touched by the body but in the depths of your heart and soul.....

We start with breathwork to come back to the parasympathetic nervous system, to alkalise the body and bring you to a relaxed state of being, we then move into a gentle flow & yin yoga practice to release tension and clear the meridians and chakras, working deeply into the facia to release stress and trauma held in the physiacl and energetic bodies. We will enjoy a powerful cup of awakening tea brewed with crystal vibrations and healing energy to drop in completely to the experience and to open your heart and connect to spirit. Crystal sound bowls to enhance the journey throughout and as we move into meditation you will enjoy a taste of Indian inspired head massage, this will incliude working with the pressure points of the face and skull to completely unwind....... all the while receiveing reiki and cosmic energy healing......

This is truly a special workshop for anyone wanting to fill their cup, if you suffer from anxiety or depression, or are feeling stressed out, time poor or just tired....... this is for you!
