When we nourish our bodies and minds, we offer it what it needs to stay healthy and flourish.

Let's come together for a day to restore, reset and unwind. To find stillness, to move our bodies, immerse ourselves in nature, eat amazing food and most importantly - connect.

We will meet on the healing lands of La Tierra Curativa, which is tucked away in the bushland on the Central Coast - only 75 minutes out of Sydney.

The day will include:

- Yoga and movement - Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (suitable for all levels)

- Breathwork and Meditation

- Nature immersion

- Soul Reset Workshop

- Organic lunch and afternoon tea cater by The Modern Organic

Fiona has always been passionate about the way the body moves and connects, and as a professional dancer it was the physical element of the practice that originally drew her to yoga. Right at the peak of career, her practice became a sanctuary for healing, self-inquiry and transformation. After traveling the globe Fiona returned to Australia in 2009. She managed her own business called Livelyhood for 6 years, and became involved with Red Dust Role Models – a health promotion organisation that delivers health living programs to some of Australia’s most remote communities. Guided by her studies and practice of Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda, Fiona's classes are inspired by traditional teachings that supports the wellbeing of the individual. She hopes to encourage her students to be curious, and empower them to find refuge in practices that nurture, heal and inspire them to thrive. Fiona began her Yoga teacher training with Power Living in 2014 (Duncan Peak and Keenan Crisp). She has since continued to train with Power Living in Advanced Assisting (Adam Whiting), Sarah Powers in Yin/Yang Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation, Maty Ezraty, The Yoga Impact Charity (Trauma-informed Yoga training) and is currently studying with Parayoga under her teachers Yogarupa (Rod Stryker) and Brad Hay.
