Nourish – Urban Yoga Day Retreat

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with yourself at Nourish. Hosted by Jax at our luxurious, day spa-inspired studio, this immersive experience is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit with yoga, meditation, wellness workshops, nutritious whole foods and a sound bath to soothe your nervous system.

Our mind, body and spirit are interconnected, and each requires intentional nourishment to thrive. Our mind craves knowledge, creativity and mental stimulation and rest to stay sharp and resilient. Our body needs balanced nutrition, movement and rest to maintain health and vitality. Our spirit, often overlooked, yearns for connection, purpose and inner peace through practices like mindfulness, reflection and being in tune with our inner values. When we nurture all three aspects, we create harmony within ourselves, fostering overall well-being and a more fulfilled life.

Nourish was born out of the need to nurture mind, body and spirit. We often live busy fast paced lives. Nourish is an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from your regular routine/programming and reconnect back to practices that nourish your wellbeing. At HDY we realise you don't always have time to go away for an entire weekend, so we have put together all the necessary practices to nourish mind, body and spirit into a day retreat.

Offering:
• Morning Yoga - an energising 75-minute Vinyasa Flow to awaken your body and mind
• Mindfulness Meditation - discover techniques to cultivate inner peace and clarity
• Lunch - enjoy a delicious, healthy meal to fuel your body
• Somatic body release workshop – explore breathwork and somatic release techniques to help you find balance
• Self-massage workshop with Mel Care – tune in to our inner world, enhance physical and emotional wellness through the ritual of self-massage. Learn about the importance of self-care and the benefits of self-massage
• Afternoon Yoga – a calming 75-minute Yin Yoga session with a soothing Sound Bath
• Closing Circle - reflect and connect with fellow retreaters over Chai and snacks as we wrap up our day.

About Jacqueline (Jax @Jax_Moon_Magick)

Jacqueline completed her first teacher training in Mysore, India in Ashtanga yoga. She loves fusing her passion of Ashtanga yoga with a slow, soul flowing Vinyasa style as she strongly believes in slowing down and getting back to basics and more importantly the breath. Jacqueline fell in love with the “feeling" of yoga 10 years ago and strives to share her passion and love of yoga with others of all ages, abilities and levels to help people connect back to their bodies, through their breath and the universal power within.
