We have a yummy weekend specifically designed to Nourish, to connect, to purify, to amplify!
Over the June full moon we will be supported by the student like qualities of Sagittarius, inquiring in to what is holding us back from living our fullest, most authentic, sexy, vibrant and successful lives!
We will dive in to our shadow, whilst also exploring the dark feminine and let those parts of us be illuminated by the full moon.
We will not only explore the deep recess of our psyche pulling out the old weeds that no longer serve we will play with our inner animal, our inner seductress, our inner wildling whilst simultaneously nurturing the inner child, the inner mother and the playful Creatrix so as to prepare the soil for the flowering of spring!

Veda, is a classically trained yogi who has been practicing and training for the better part of 10 years. Her healing journey came at the back end of complete and utter life burn out. After a life heavily laden with trauma she went down a long road of drug, alcohol, work and love addiction. After many different attempts at getting better through the western approach she had a rapid spiritual awakening in 2015 that sent her down her path of healing through energy work, spiritual counselling, meditation, shamanism and yoga. From the moment she stepped on to the path she knew she was here to pass these teachings and healing practices on to others as both clients, students and peers. She had found her answer to her pain, trials and tribulations and wishes to assist in the eliviaiton of suffering of others, knowing what it’s like to suffer on her own.
Over the 8 years Veda has become a Kriya and breath work teacher, a vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga teacher, a Sattva Meditation Initiator and teacher, a Reiki Master, an Ignite Your Spirit Therapist and A Golden Woman Counsellor and a shamanic practitioner. Veda Is a modern day alchemist and helps people to turn their pain into their power! She has and still does dedicate her entire life to studying the healing,
shamanic and yogic arts in order to serve humanity in their healing and in the upliftment of consciousness across the planet, one heart at a time.
