In infrared heat with a fusion of restorative poses, nervous system education, inspiring poetry, and mind-body connection tools coupled with relaxing music and guided meditation, the benefits of this retreat include lowered anxiety and stress, promotion of good sleep and weight management, alleviation of menstrual and menopausal symptoms, and the cultivation of a profound sense of calm.

What to expect:

• Doors will open 10 minutes before. (Please try your best to arrive on time)

• We will begin with an introduction and close with a warm drink and snack.

• Your only job is to relax!
