WHO?

At the heart of the retreat, you will be guided by a trio of experienced, overachieving women united by a spiritual bond, and dedicated to guiding you through a rejuvenation journey like no other. Trich Tippapart, Tatjana Genys and Chloe Brault bring decades of experience as business executives, entrepreneurs, holistic practitioners, and mothers.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Together, Tatjana, Tricha and Chloe have joined forces to design a day of meditation, gentle movement, healing and learning through innovative workshops, meaningful discussions and never-seen-before experiences. During the day, you'll experience transformative activities through the healing vibrations of sound therapy and the reflective calm of meditative practices.

You will also be guided through an intuitve-writing workshop and unlock deep self-reflection through a multimedia arts experience to reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom.

WHEN AND WHERE?

The retreat will welcome everyone at 10 am and start at 11am until 4pm, with an option to stay overnight on the beautiful land (only 4 rooms available).

The location is set in the serene landscapes of Kenthurst, a 1 hour drive from Sydney, on a sprawling, green oasis, inviting you to a peaceful escape into nature.

MEET THE RETREAT CO-HOST

Tricha Tippapart

Tricha is an intuitive empowerment coach, writer, facilitator and speaker, and executive yoga and wellness teacher.
She is passionate about living a purposeful life filled with transformation, adventure and holistic wellness. She loves being a multifaceted teacher, guide and student of life.
In addition to her 20+ year career in marketing and events, she has dedicated the last 10 years to her personal and spiritual growth, learning with some of the top coaches, mentors, speakers and spiritual teachers from around the world.
In 2019, she co-authored the book, The New Wave; a millennial's guide to conscious entrepreneurship. Tricha continues to write from her heart and intuition
Tricha is passionate about helping busy high-achieving women go from chaos to calm so they can tap into their own intuition, wisdom and power through the magic of writing, energy work, spiritual development and empowerment coaching.

Tatjana Genys

From corporate leader to founder of her own company, this woman warrior left no stone unturned to find her purpose. Tatjana takes you on her journey across the world to find her true purpose and to live in alignment with who we all truly are.
From what the monks of Bhutan taught her about leadership, to healing her inner child in Peru, the power of sound for healing and what made her a better parent, Tatjana shares the importance of embracing the Art and Science of Choosing You.
During this event in particular, she will be focusing on connecting the body, mind & heart by allowing holistic healing through sound healing and shamanic activations.
