Cat has private students that help create your own home practice, learn to chant or learn the many more indepth yogic practices to create a more balanced and serene life. Teaching different types of classes from Jivamukti Yoga (Advanced Jivamukti Yoga Teacher offering dynamic vinyasa), yin yoga and yoga nidra offering an integral yoga system of asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and sound healing and chanting for true self transformation. Cat does various workshops and retreats throughout the year e.g. sound healing meditations, chakra balancing workshops and retreats.
