We go through life being led by our Inner Child’s narrative of abandonment & emotional pain. So many of our adult decisions and relationship choices come from ‘her" within us, trying to find her way to the safe place she has yet to know or experience. Join Rachael & Teresa as we help you connect with your child self in a safe space and learn to become the parent she needs ♥️

We will have a deeply nourishing day together commencing in sacred circle as we set the space for the day and get to know each other. We have some powerful processes to share with you and we will enjoy the space of the bell tent to be comfortable and contained. This is itself evokes something ancient in our being.

We will spend the afternoon with the horses experiencing their magnificence and their capacity to assist us in so many ways. We will continue with the inner child theme throughout the afternoon.

There will be delicious food and along with home-made chai which is a specialty here. Morning tea, a lunch and afternoon tea are included.

We ask you to bring a journal for reflection time or any note taking throughout the day. Perhaps something that comforts you - a fave blanket, pillow, soft toy that can be cuddled into if needed. You will need to dress in layers to cater for changing temperatures throughout the day. If hot bring sunscreen, hat and a water bottle. Closed toe shoes for the component with the horses. If you have a yoga mat and cushion it would be great to bring your own to enjoy in the bell tent.

Both Rachael and Teresa see clients individually, so there is continuity going forward if you find this style of personal enquiry is nourishing for you.
