Nourish Workshop Series: Cooking With the Whole Vegetable
Event description
Farm My School is a not-for-profit organisation that collaborates with schools to promote healthy eating, ecological stewardship and connected communities.
The Farm My School Nourish Workshop Series has been designed to help families unlock affordable ways to grow and cook simple, nourishing food. Run by renowned chefs and our own Farm My School team, the introductory workshops will encourage simple and practical ways to think about food growing, health and wellbeing.
Come and join the Farm My School Nourish workshop: Cooking With the Whole Vegetable
Michael Jaques has worked at some of the best restaurants in Australia and England and now executive chef at Tarra Queenscliff. This is an incredible opportunity to join him to learn more about cooking with the whole vegetable, which will result in a delicious dish and less waste in the kitchen.
The hands-on workshop will encourage you to think differently when preparing your next healthy and affordable family meal.
