Nourish your Body and Mind: Curative Eurythmy with Jenny
Description
What’s it all about?
Have you been wanting to try something new? A gentle yet surprisingly challenging movement practice that leaves you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and deeply nourished?
Come and discover Curative Eurythmy, a unique practice unlike anything you may have experienced before. Through gentle, purposeful movements, it helps calm the nervous system while awakening and revitalising your mind and body.
People often leave a session feeling as though they’ve just returned from a relaxing, deeply nourishing holiday.
What will we cover?
Join us for a movement class where we focus on exercises that support posture, balance and coordination; while the calm, rhythmic pace of the movement will help deepen breathing, release tension, and leave you feeling more grounded and refreshed.
What will you need? Come as you are. Dress in comfortable clothes to move and wear socks for the practise as we take our shoes off. I will provide copper rods which will be used during the movement class.

Who will be teaching?
Jenny Kuznetsova is a trained Curative Eurythmist who has immersed herself in learning this incredible modality and the teaching underlying the movements for the last 7 years. She was born in Belarus and came to Australia at age 10.
With two degrees from University of Melbourne, one in Commerce and one in Information Systems, as well as many years working in Marketing and Event Production for personal development speakers, Jenny has a deep appreciation and comprehension of the need to align our inner and outer world for the benefit of society to move forward in a healthy and refined way.
Jenny is driven by the desire to see a world where people are thriving with physical, emotional and mental health where the inner strength, warmth and wisdom is the driving force. She discovered a modality, Curative Eurythmy, that is able to bring out those qualities and ground them in people as well as bringing harmony to the whole being of man.
Jenny now dedicates her time to giving talks, holding classes and facilitating one on one sessions to help people cultivate their inner strength and wellbeing.
