Join me, Rebecca Hannan, your retreat host, and facilitator for a memorable wellness retreat at Chalet on Percheron, in Margaret River.
Nourish your nervous system is crafted with love and attention to detail. Designed to help you embrace self-care through movement, mindfulness, meditation, whole foods, education, and empowerment.
To ensure you get the most from your retreat, everything is taken care of from the time you arrive until departure. This includes meals, movement activities, workshops, and a few little surprises to delight your senses and make our time together an experience to remember.
MOVEMENT IN NATURE
Nature heals, science has proven that spending time in nature reduces stress, improves your mood, and can help boost your immune system among many other wonderful benefits. During our time together you will experience yoga in nature, walks along the Cape to Cape track to some of Rebecca’s favourite locations where she shares local knowledge and stories, beach walks, and optional functional movement sessions
NOURISH AND NURTURE
You are what you eat, every part of your body, right down to your cells, rely on the foods you eat and the fluids you drink. For your body, mind, and spirit to function at their best, it is vital to maintain adequate hydration and nourish yourself with quality whole foods. Every day we gather together to enjoy delicious, nutritious, and beautifully prepared meals. Local organic herbal teas, water infusions, and filtered water are provided.
