In the modern world, and after the events of the past few years, all of our nervous systems are impacted by the stress and worry of these times, and so we invite you to join us for an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and safe community in an afternoon dedicated to profound relaxation and nervous system nourishment through group sound healing.

Sound is indeed a form of medicine. The frequencies employed in this session are specifically chosen to quiet the mind and guide you into a state of 'rest and repair'. In this state, heart rate and breathing slow, the burden on the nervous system is alleviated, paving the way for healing.

Here's what to expect from the experience:

As with all our gatherings you will be held in a sacred and ceremonial space.We will come together around a centre alter, have the opportunity to share an intention for the journey together, receive some beautiful Florida Water essence to enhance your journey, along with beautiful affirmation cards to draw inspiration from.

The session commences with a simple breathing exercise, allowing you to connect with yourself. Then, resting comfortably on the floor you'll be guided to relax and journey inward.

The 50-minute Sound Journey is meticulously designed to quiet the mind and foster a deeply trusting environment, allowing you to surrender completely and release the burdens from your nervous system, facilitating a profound relaxed state.

With capacity limited, the intimate space ensures an immersive 'surround sound' experience, with therapeutic-grade instruments such as singing bowls, drums, chimes, and rattles played throughout the room.

As the journey draws to a close, you'll gradually awaken, followed by a quiet moment of reflection over a cup of Sacred Women tea. We then conclude with a shared moment of grounding, before bidding farewell and returning to the outside world
