Before the event:
If possible please refrain from caffeine and/or alcohol on the day and a light lunch is preferable.
What's provided:
A light snack, fruit, nuts and tea will be provided during the break.
What to bring
Everything for comfort.
Yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask, socks, journal, pen, water
