You’re invited to come as you are and to nourish your being with a half-day of curated experiences to relax & unwind and to indulge in Zealong Tea Estate's iconic High Tea.This retreat will give you a space to be inspired with an all women in business + leadership panel discussion, music & sound as medicine for the soul, movement for your body, and gentle Breathwork to connect with your spiritual self!
