You are invited to a beautiful hidden corner of Hampstead Heath to explore the nourishing practices of Authentic Relating, Movement Meditation and Group Sound Bathing.

Authentic Relating is an interpersonal meditation. It is the practice of listening and speaking in deeper awareness of our present moment bodily sensations, allowing us to weave richer, more truthful and loving human-to-human connections.

Movement meditation asks us to move from a place of ease, subtle listening and curiosity, and is a way to promote freedom of expression through simple relaxation and being in motion.

Group Sound Bathing is a nourishing deep listening practice where sounds are created and shared. The process offers a space for group bonding and richer communication through receiving music and making sounds together. Emily will lead exercises based on Pauline Oliveros’ Sonic Meditations. The overall process of sound bathing in a community setting relaxes the voice, creates depth of awareness and courage in expression, as well as calming the nervous system.

Together, we will create a rich container to explore the many layers of our human experience, including our secrets, treasures, and triggers. Through these three enriching practices, we can enquire, understand and celebrate our unique human experience moment-to-moment, with yourself and within interpersonal dynamics.

Hampstead Heath field. At the intersection of Hampstead Way and Morland Close NW11, you will see a path that leads into the field. If you get lost, call Emily on 07771 801 355. Nearest tube : Golders Green on the Northern Line.

I'm Laurie, and I am dedicated to enabling human-to-human relationships to arise, deepen and flourish. I have organised and facilitated over 200 Authentic Relating, Dating and Embodiment workshops in Oceania and Europe. My training includes the Authentic Life Course, the International School of Temple Arts, and the Connection Institute. My portfolio includes internationally acclaimed festivals such as Stretch, and organisations such as ART International.

My workshops have sparked thousands of nourishing connections, turning many strangers into life-long friends. I look forward to holding space for you!
