Come, reset your nervous system with me Tammy Bruce nature educator and health coach and be nourished by nature!
This is a unique opportunity to switch off and be led through private farmland and forest to a magical rustic campsite (~1/2 hr walk each way, moderate fitness required).
From there you can choose whether you'd like to engage in guided mindfulness activities/reflection or find a peaceful spot to simply be🧘🌳
🌿Herbal tea & home made scroggin bars included for our afternoon tea picnic.
This is a sun ☀️ or rain 🌧️ adventure! Hopefully it's lovely and sunny but if not we can sit around a big covered fire🔥 pit so it will be equally nice & cosy!
