This is a time to love, let go and leap forward.

We explore themes of relationships, communication, vitality, connection, community and environment.

On the day:

gentle yoga based movement (this is not a yoga class)
personal journalling and reflection
somatic healing practices
deeper energy healing
guided meditations
the positive power of sound - and silence - exercises
cacao

You will gain:

a comfy mat/ rug to sit on
pillow, or bolster, although we have plenty available
blanket

This event is in BRISBANE time (9.30 - 3.30 pm) so please arrive punctually, giving yourself time to settle in, enjoy a warm drink and be 'in the room' fully. Event reminder and venue emailed before event.
