Nourishing Basics- Postpartum Cooking Workshop

Drawing on my years of experience within the realm of postpartum care, as well as my years of study with a number of incredible, global postpartum teachers and too many books to count, I'm offering this intimate workshop for anyone interested in learning more about postpartum-appropriate food and drinks. Birthkeepers, pregnant people and even people who are simply curious to learn more about postpartum cooking so they can better support the new mothers in their community.
In this workshop we will cover:
- Fundamental principles of postpartum healing and the optimal foods and drinks to support health and healing.
- How to prepare my famous (well, with friends, family and my clients) turmeric chicken congee, chicken liver & bacon pâté and blueberry swirl gummies (covering both a fruity style gummy and a creamy style gummy)
- Adrenal cocktails and remineralising the body after pregnancy and birth.
- The benefits of incorporating more organ meats and broths into your diet.
- Plus take home a small jar of pâté and gummies.
- Printed recipes and resources.
A conversational cooking demonstration followed by a delicious feast where we can sink into good company, good food and quality chats about healing the world through wholehearted postpartum care ;)
I'm capping it at 5 people max to keep it intimate.
