You're invited to an intimate cooking workshop in my cosy home on the edge of the rainforest in Tamborine Mountain. We will explore some of the core, most nourishing meals I regularly prepare for myself and my postpartum clients in a casual cooking-demonstration-with-infinite-questions style setting. After we finish preparing the various foods we will continue the good conversations over food.

In this workshop you will learn:

How to prepare my famous (well, with friends, family and my clients) turmeric chicken congee, chicken liver & bacon pâté and blueberry and coconut swirl gummies (covering both a fruity style gummy and a creamy style gummy)
What is an adrenal cocktail and how can it help your body heal
A medicinal hot chocolate recipe
Some basic information about supporting your metabolic health through food and drinks
The benefits of incorporating more organ meats and broths into your diet
So much more!

This is meant to be a lush, relaxing and nourishing cooking workshop/demonstration with an informal, friendly vibe where we can talk about a wide range of things. Whatever comes up and feels like it'll be juicy and beneficial. I'm capping it at 5 people max to keep it intimate.

Please bring a small glass jar to take home some pate and a small container for some gummies.
