🌹 Awakening the Womb: An Introductory Workshop

A Sacred Journey of Connection

Join us for a nourishing 3-hour workshop designed to awaken the deep wisdom held within the womb, heart, and throat. Through yoga, ancient ritual, and embodied practices, we will explore the path of returning to our sacred womb centre — moving beyond the mind to live from a place of inner truth, softness, and feminine power. This journey invites us to reconnect with our deepest source of wisdom and expression, aligning our lives with the rhythm of the womb.

Together, we’ll move through guided yoga, womb-heart meditation, yoni steaming, and self-massage rituals, creating space for healing, release, and reconnection. This intimate circle offers both personal reflection and community support, held in a safe and sacred environment.

You will leave with practices to continue at home, a deeper connection to your body’s wisdom, and the support of sisterhood to carry forward.

💫 As yoni steaming is an intimate practice, please bring two sarongs to ensure your comfort and privacy during the ritual.

If you will be menstruating during the workshop, you are very welcome to join and participate in all other practices. You will also be provided with the herbal blend to use for yoni steaming at home.

Guided by Astrid Cattoen — a Ki Yoga teacher with 15 years’ experience and over 20 years as a Reiki and massage practitioner. Astrid weaves ancient wisdom traditions with embodiment practices to create a supportive space for deep feminine healing, heart–womb connection, and transformation.
