Nurtured

Nurtured is a morning of circle and retreat for mothers who are feeling the call to be heard and held, in an inclusive and supportive container.  Inside this space we will explore the season of winter, the winter solstice, what she holds for us and how she can support our bodies and minds through ritual and connection.  

What you can expect:     

•  Connection with your body & breath
•   Grounding and restorative meditation & movement 
• A space to share and connect with other mothers 
• An exploration of the season of winter & the winter solstice
• Connection with each other through ritual 
• Deepening your own connection with Mother Earth 
• A welcoming and inclusive space to speak your truth 
  
• Supportive take home material about winter solstice & rituals for your home
• Some rituals to do with your kids     

Sipping on warming drinks (chai & tea) and nibbling on some delicious, warmed treats will be provided.
