Take some time out to journey beyond the conscious mind - combining transformational breath and sound to create an immersive experience that will allow you to transcend the thinking mind and leave you feeling peaceful, empowered and deeply connected.

✨ conscious connected breath journey

✨ sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls and drumming

✨ integration and regrounding

✨ warming tea

Conscious connected breathing (or rebirthing breathwork) is a healing modality using the breath to access deeper states of consciousness. It is a simple breath technique available to anyone, with most of the session done lying down under blankets for warmth.

The musical soundscape includes ambient world music, tribal beats, and a live sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls and drumming to bring deep vibrational healing to the body, and soothe the nervous system.

Benefits of conscious connected breathing and vibrational sound are many, including:

calm the mind and build emotional resilience
boost immunity and reduce inflammation
find greater clarity, insights and fresh perspectives on life
reduce stress and calm the nervous system

It's a super cosy and warm space, and we'd love you to join us for herbal tea afterwards to ease you back gently.

Hope you can come along✨🙏
