Coming home is a three hour, intimate breathwork event where we will be exploring conscious connected breathing to tap into an altered state of consciousness. I will facilitate 6 beautiful humans through a soft, healing and transformative 1 hour breathwork journey.

First I will welcome you into my beautiful, calm space, we will then introduce ourselves followed by enjoying some cacao and setting an intension for the day. I will then teach you 5 different breathing techniques to help you throughout your everyday life. We will speak on the importance of mouth vs nose breathing so that you can start to feel less stressed and easily become aware of when you aren't breathing from your whole body. I will take you through some journaling and visualisation before we head into a 1 hour journey followed by time to integrate, journal, share and reflect before we bring the event to a close.

This is a space to be held, seen and heard, a place that allows you to safely explore your inner world, your inner landscape, a place where you are the healer, and I am here to hold space.

If you are new to Breathwork, I welcome you with open arms, there is no need to have done or even heard of Breathwork before - all you need to do is surrender and trust.

When we allow ourselves to feel, that's when we begin to heal. This is designed to help you heal past trauma, close the loop on any unresolved events, release stress and tension from the body, gain your power back and allow clarity and calmness back in your life.

You will leave the event with more tools to support you in your day to day life as well as experiencing the power of the breath.

I certify that I am a competent adult of at least 18 years of age or that if I am a minor under the age of 18, I understand that the consent of my parent/legal guardian/person having legal custody will also be required before treatment.

I certify that I am in adequate physical, emotional and mental health to participate in a Breathwork session (If not, please specify on the opposite side).

I acknowledge that should this information change, it is my sole responsibility to notify my Breathwork Facilitator (Tinelle Langdon).

I consent to and authorize Tinelle Langdon to guide me in a Breathwork Session as specified by my facilitator. This session may include energy healing, vocal toning, tapping, touch work and integration coaching support.

I understand that Tinelle Langdon is not a licensed physician or functional breathing specialist and does not dispense medical advice or prescribe the use of any technique as a form of treatment for any physical or psychological conditions without the advice of a physician - either directly or indirectly.

As a Breathwork Facilitator, Tinelle Langdon offers information of a general nature to help clients in their journey toward greater self-awareness, mind-body connection, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing and Tinelle Langdon assumes no responsibility for how I (the client) may use this information.

Breathwork is not recommended for people who are pregnant, have a personal or family history of epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attacks, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, or recent physical injuries, surgery or illness - particularly involving the brain, mouth, teeth, nose, throat, thyroid, immune system, lymphatic system, lungs, chest, ribs, spine, neck and/or reproductive organs.

Breathwork is not recommended for people with a personal history of mental illness such as severe anxiety and depression, personality disorders, hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis, suicidality, psychosis, drug or alcohol addiction.

Possible side effects may include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, carpopedal spasms, cramping, emotional breakthroughs, feeling physical, mental, energetic and/or emotional triggering and/or vulnerability.
