November Circle ~ Self- Care: Why can’t you “Just Do IT”?

This month we have Jane Sleight-Leach coming to share with us a technique that she uses and shares with others. And so she has gladly accepted an invitation to come and share with us at Tamborine Red Tent.

The subject is Self Care: Why can’t you “Just Do IT”?

You get fired up to go to the gym, do yoga, eat well, hydrate, be loving to yourself, take a break, and you DO IT…for a while… but then you stop. You KNOW what to do. You KNOW how to do it, and there’s plenty of information about why you should. But why can’t you, in a consistent and habitual way, do the things that are GOOD for you?

I’ll tell you why…Because there’s a step in between knowing what to do, wanting to do it, and being ABLE to do it. 

That step is what you will learn in this unique workshop.You will also learn the powerful technique to be able to get through that step and remove the barriers to really, meaningfully caring for yourself and create peace and balance in your life.
